Simply snap car seat out of the stay-in-car base and into the stroller and go, sleeping baby undisturbed. You can also carry the car seat by its handle to easily and safely transport your infant. Purchase additional car seat bases for your second family car or for the grandparents' car as a cost-effective, convenient, and versatile travel option. Versatile Car Seat Doubles as Carrier The SnugRide Infant Car Seat is a standard, rear-facing car seat is designed for infants between 5 and 22 pounds and less than 29 inches tall, which allows use for most babies from birth through the age of one. The cushiony car seat is built with a five-point front-adjusting harness and EPS energy-absorbing foam for comfort and superior safety, and it includes removable infant head support for additional safety and security. The seat quickly and easily snaps in and out of the stay-in-car base. A sturdy handle allows the seat to double as an infant carrier, making it convenient and safer to transport fragile newborns and sleeping older infants. It includes a 180-degree rotating canopy to shade your baby from multiple directions. Sturdy and Versatile Lightweight yet sturdy, the MetroLite Stroller offers roomy yet easy-to-use travel convenience that's perfect for short jaunts around the block to longer excursions to the zoo. Snap your baby's car seat into the stroller for easy, parent-facing transportation until your little one can sit up by herself; use the stroller without the car seat--with your child facing forward--from the time she can sit up (around 6 months of age) until she is up to 40 pounds in weight--so even when your child outgrows the infant car seat, you'll still be using the stroller for years to come. The stroller features a combination three- and five-point harness, an adjustable sun visor with a peek-a-boo window, and a multi-position reclining seat. Removable infant head supports provide your baby with an extra-comfy ride. A handy storage basket at the bottom provides plenty of room for your gear or shopping purchases; the parent's organizing tray offers two cup holders and additional storage space, and a rotating child's tray in front can keep a cup, juice-box, or snack in convenient reach while on the go. The one-touch brakes and the locks and suspension on the front swivel wheels help make the stroller easy to maneuver and control. When not in use, the stroller's special one-handed fold design and automatic latch makes it simple to collapse for easy storage and transport. About Graco In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers. In 1953, Gray left the firm, leaving Cone as sole owner. Cone decided to manufacture his own line of products, but had trouble coming up with ideas. Enter David Saint, an engineer, tinkerer, and stained glass artisan who worked for Graco. Saint, himself a father of nine, was intrigued when an associate told him how his wife would soothe their tired and cranky baby while swinging in a backyard glider swing. Acting on this inspiration, he went to the drawing board and 18 months of hard work later, the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Graco Swyngomatic, was born. Graco sold millions of Swyngomatics in the coming years, becoming one of the world's leading manufacturers of juvenile products in the process. Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid company, with 1500 associates worldwide. While a half-century has brought many changes to Graco, their dedication and commitment to designing and manufacturing top-quality products remains, and continues on. More Lovely in Person!Apr 15, 2008 This Isabella pattern is beautiful! I wanted something feminine, but didn't want everything in pink. This turned out to be perfect. The carseat is very light, which is what I wanted because I have a bad back. I used the Graco Snug Ride with my first child and was very pleased with it. This one is the same great quality. Very user friendly. I would always recommend Graco, and I am very glad I found this exclusive pattern on Amazon.
A good travel system.Apr 01, 2008 This is the most niceest pattern and design and every time I go to town I have someone compliment on the pattern, but also I is easy to use and it folds away nicely. It;s fairly light weight and my baby sleeps good in it when we go anywhere.

Piece of JunkFeb 01, 2008 This stroller just frustrates me. It does not always fold easily and gets stuck often when I try to close it. The basket is hard to access. The fixed canopy does not provide enough shade. The worst part is the basket hinge comes apart from underneath the stroller when I open and close it and sometimes when folding the stroller the seat reclining lever becomes wedged inside the basket. This is very annoying as you have to unfold fix the problem and refold. When traveling this can become a nightmare as you have the fix the problem while holding your child if you child is not yet able to walk. I do not recommend.
