 The Greatest Car seat EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!Jun 29, 2008
This is by far the greatest car seat ever!!!!!!! It is worth the price when you take into consideration the safety ratings. Also, as a mother of three,I have used many different car seats and have found this to be the easiest and most convienient. It is EASY to adjust and the straps DO NOT get tangled the way I have seen other car seats. I have this and the Boulevard and love both. I was worried about space, but can fit both side/side in my Mountaineer. I still have room for my older son's booster on the other side. I would recommend this carseat to anyone!Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

we bought the boulevard for our minivan but needed something less massive for our other car. Like the side impact protection so we chose the diplomat. fits our needs and our twins perfectly. Loved the service as well.

My daughter just moved into this seat @ 8 1/2 months. She seems to love it way more than the infant carrier. She is still facing backwards but I have a mirror up and as soon as she gets in the car she just sits there looking out the window and then shortly after she is a sleep. I love the onyx pattern and the straps are so easy to adjust. It fits great in my Honda Civic and the front seat is not pushed all the way up.
My husband has the boulvard in his car in onyx (he has a bigger car) and we just love them both. I feel comfortable with the fact that she is safe in either of our cars.

Ok so here are the pro's and Cons from my POV.
Pro's- Seat is side impact sertified, and aircraft certified. It is so comfortable that my 7 month old is either laughing or sleeping in it, and it has a cushion under the buckle to protect her legs from the bulky buckle. It is compact enough that her seat can be in the car behind my 6'1" husband. It has all kinds of cushioning and it will extend to fit her height.
Con's_ Like everyone else, I wish it had a level in the seat so I could know if I installed it correctly, and it doesn't recline very far. While my daughter doesn't mind that it doesn't really recline, I often find her head creaked to one side while she is sleeping.
All in all I love the seat but it could use some minor updates.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. Comfortable, sturdy, compact, safe and best of all, baby LOVES it. She used to hate her carseat and would cry after 2 or 3 min of driving. She now can ride for hours: sleeping most of the time. This item will change your life!
